We’re a fairly large customer with more than 100 on call users across a number of teams. I’m even personally on call as the secondary responder for our SRE team right now but thankfully it’s often quiet due to teams handling their own production issues
If you’re new to on call, it can seem daunting at first but it becomes second nature pretty quickly
